By using lnglaserworks.com, you agree to these Terms with NOW Art Foundation, Inc. ("Company"), operator of the Lng Laser Works brand.

1. Services

We provide art fabrication, laser cutting, signage production, and related workshop services. Specific projects are governed by separate fabrication agreements outlining scope, pricing, delivery, and intellectual property terms.

2. Website Use

• Use the site lawfully
• Provide accurate inquiry information
• Do not disrupt site security or operations

3. Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to NOW Art Foundation, Inc. Client-owned designs remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may photograph completed work for portfolio use unless restricted by contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, third-party actions, or temporary site outages. Website information is general and does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in a signed agreement.

5. Governing Law

California law applies. Disputes resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
